Hello,

Same problem with Mac OS X 10.7.2

trying to "send" VMware_Esxi_5_iso on an USB Stick

     doesn't work (not bootable) using unetbootin on Mac OS X

     usable (bootable) using the same USB Key on a windows 7 VM (with vmware fusion, on the same Mac OS X machine)
