Bug Description
When I bzr tag locally, then push the branch to Launchpad, then move the tag locally (i.e. delete it, make some commits, then tag again), pushing the branch again to Launchpad fails because the tags don't agree. You have to delete the tag remotely and then push again. In Prague we talked about maybe versioning the tags as an approach to handling this.

I think this is actually a duplicate of another bzr bug, but it certainly still holds.
