bzr tag -delete doesn't delete a tag at svn

Bug Description

If I delete a tag and push after it the tag isn't deleted at svn. This should be listed at http://wiki.bazaar.canonical.com/ForeignBranches/Subversion?action=show&redirect=BzrForeignBranches%2FSubversion#bazaar-commands.

This is not specific to bzr-svn but an issue with bzr itself and the fact that bzr tags are unversioned.
