I just installed version 2.0.3 of Ubuntu One on my Windows XP Pro w/ SP3 computer and can confirm, since I was having the same errors as the rest of you that 2.0.3 works perfectly fine (no errors). If any of you want to try it for yourselves the link is https://one.ubuntu.com/windows/ubuntuone-2.0.3-windows-installer.exe
