I also found that 2.0.3 seems to be working for me. I made sure to uninstall 2.0.2 and remove UB1 folders from Documents and Settings folders. I also moved the Ubuntu One folder to the desktop from my user folder. This caused all of these files to be removed from the server, but then I copied them back to the folder and they re-synced. There were some errors at first during sync, but it appears stable now.
