Did you have anything else open that was accessing your keyring at the time?

This now appears to be a gnome-keyring related bug as opposed to an ubuntuone related bug.

Perhaps the following *may* work:
cd ~/.gnome2/keyrings
sudo rm login.keyring

Then reboot your computer
