Hi Simon,

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One is still not working properly for you. In order to help us troubleshoot this issue, can you run the following command in a terminal session:

apport-collect -p ubuntuone-client 436964

This will provide us with some more info and log files to see what is going on.
