I don't know what this fix is supposed to be, but like in comment 40, this ATI/AMD FGLRX post-release updates still doesn't work using Ubuntu 12.04 beta 2 fully updated as of today and rebooted before running jockey.

Attached is the jockey.log from the failed installation.

The NON-post-release updates installs fine, as usual.
