1, Press "Add" button in "Locations" tab
2, In the popup dialog "Add a location", input "Shijiazhuang" which is my city in China.
3, Press "Search" button.
4, in the result dropdown list, select the result "Shijiazhuang, Hebei Sheng, China"
5, Press "Forward" button. In the new dialog, enter a name "Shijiazhuang".
    Note: I tried to add Sydney and Beijing succefully. In this dialog/step, the name of location for Sydney or Beijing will be auto-filled in. But with my city, the field is empty, I have to type them in manually in this step.
6, In the "Review choices" dialog, everything looks fine, then I pressed "Apply"
7, Nothing happens after pressing apply button. even the "Review choices" dialog is still present. the dialog can not be closed with "Apply" button, it can only be closed with "Cancel" button.

Thank the dev team very much for this indicator. It's nice if I can add my city, otherwise, it's kinda useless for me.
