Bug Description

[ Impact ]

Menu previews in the dock are not scaled when using hi-dpi integer scaling (no fractional scaling)

[ Test Case ]

1. Scale your display to 2x or any other integer value (disabling fractional scaling)
2. Ensure that the fractional scaling is disabled (may require logout/login)
3. Open one or more windows
4. Right-click to see the windows previews
5. The scaled windows should have a size that is scaled and proportional to scaling

[ Regression potential ]

It's not possible to see / use all the windows previews, or they have wrong aspect ratio.
