Hi, I updated my Maxdata Belinea o.book 2.1 with AMD Processor (AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-60) from Kubuntu 14.04 to Mint Xfce 19 (reinstall). Same issue here. Then I tried Mint 18.3 which is built upon Ubuntu 16.04, again the same issue. I installed upstream kernel 4.20.0-042000-generic - problem persists.

Unfortunately I cannot test it as I don't see the option to disable AMD Power Now in my BIOS.
