FYI we're going to provide a way to override this by defining a new gnome shell session (you can inherit the ubuntu one) and the icon should be named `view-app-grid-${currentMode}-symbolic` e.g. `view-app-grid-edubuntu-symbolic`, otherwise the default (view-app-grid-symbolic) will be used
