My laptop with Xfce 4.16 on Xubuntu 21.04.

I've rebuild xfce4-settings without the support to upower-glib and now the bug disappear.

On xfce4-settings 4.15.3 the upower-glib is disabled by default: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-settings/-/tags/xfce4-settings-4.15.3
