Bug Description
Binary package hint: xorg
hello,
i have two computer, both on karmic (and both with Intel graphic card)
unfortunately there is no way for me to configure the brightness level, nothing is working : brightness keys, xrandr, xbacklight.
i don't know if it is really an xorg bug, xorg an Intel driver bug
of course i also tried to echo some /proc/acpi/
but when i do so i receive a permission denied, even as root
a cat on the same element, give me
<not supported>
i read some tutorials speaking about a file in /sys/class/
but on both computer this directory is empty
running xbacklight gave me this output
No outputs have backlight property
