I also see this on a GM45 based chipset. I get exactly one of these during boot:

    [ 30.416631] [drm:i915_setparam] *ERROR* unknown parameter 4

and exactly one of these each time I VT switch to VT-1 and back:

    [98636.163946] [drm:gm45_get_vblank_counter] *ERROR* trying to get vblank count for disabled pipe 0

I have:
