OK, I'll assign this to xserver-xorg-input-evdev. Having an associated packaged is important for ensuring that the bug gets looked at by the proper developers. You can learn more about finding the right package at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. (FYI, just a package of "xorg" would have been fine for this bug; xserver-xorg-input-evdev is just more specific.)
