Seems like this bug also afftects me since my update to Lucid. /var/log/Xorg.0.log says:

Fatal server error:
xf86OpenConsole: VT_WAITACTIVE failed: Interrupted system call

I don't use that notebook computer very often, but a failure to display anything happens a bit less often then every second time I want to use it, randomly.

The system is an AMD64 dual core with "ATI Radeon XPRESS 200M 5975 (PCIE)" graphics.
