Just a side note: An unsupported, experimental build of xiccd 0.3.0-1 is currently available at
  https://launchpad.net/~xubuntu-dev/+archive/ubuntu/experimental

If you are considering to use this PPA, please make sure to read its description first. Consider using APT pinning to only allow this one package to be installed from this PPA, similarly to what is documented at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PinningHowto#Examples
