Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Do a right-click on the Quicklauncher and select "Properties" I see a window "Configure Quicklauncher".

Actual Results:
The scrollable area of the settings have French titles "icone", "commande", "nom" instead of the English "Icon" and "Command" "Name". The spacing, tooltips and labels settings are also named in French: "Espace entre les lanceurs", "afficher les tooltips", "afficher les labels". I tested this with the German language pack and my standard English working environment, all the texts change except for those mentioned above. Maybe additional language support/translation is needed.

Expected Results:
Text should match the locale of the system.
