On my clean Hardy the module netbk doesn't exist.
I'm running a SATA Softraid ...

after changing the file: to tap:aio:
i get
xm create /etc/xen/exchange.conf
Using config file "/etc/xen/exchange.conf".
Started domain xp

BUT a xm list lists only the dom0
