Thank you for your bug report. You are right that the preview image didn't get updated, the dialog is coming from xdg-desktop-portal-gnome and that's an upstream issue than needs to be reported on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/xdg-desktop-portal-gnome/-/issues
