Well, it does render the package unusable. Sorry if I'm being blunt..

See, I didn't see that setting at first, but now, I see it and checking
or unchecking it doesn't change anything at all. The timers completely
ignore (in)activity.

It is, I double-checked in gconf.

I really think we have a bug here. :(
