Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
TEST CASE (once the fix is availale):
1. use hardy (e.g. hardy server or chroot)
2. add "gutsy" repository
3. install postgresql-
4. run "sudo do-release-upgrade -d"
5. verify that it fails
6. run "sudo do-release-upgrade --proposed"
7. verify that the upgrade continues

there is a bug - "unresolved problem caused
by upgrade to devel version of Ubuntu."
