Bug Description

The unity8-desktop-session package needs to pull additional dependencies reuired for a proper Unity 8 desktop session (eg. content-hub).

A full list of additional dependencies to be added needs to be attached to this bug.

cgmanager is missing on xenial, which makes things unusable -> bug 1590573

Arguably a terminal is missing. That should always be present.
