When clicking on either and AppMenu item or and indicator icon the menu will show briefly then disapear. The only way to get the menu to remain open is to keep the left mouse button pressed and move the cursor on to the open menu before releasing the button. This only seems to happen on the right-hand screen when a second monitor is attached.
