The bug is still there.

To test:
--------

 - Install Ubuntu Tweak 0.6 from its ‘Next’ development PPA.
 - Add Ubuntu Tweak to the Launcher, and add as many Launcher items so
   the Ubuntu Tweak icon stays near the bottom of the screen.
 - Open Ubuntu Tweak Launcher item’s quicklist.
 - You will notice that the background of the quicklist is shifted down.
