Andrea Azzarone (andyrock)... This problem happens about every other day. It appears to be relatively random, but quite often. Here is the output from "ls -l /sbin/unix_chkpwd"

-rwxr-sr-x 1 root shadow 35536 Jan 31 2014 /sbin/unix_chkpwd

And attached is my auth.log (auth.log.zip).
