I've had the same bug, however I am unable to open up the copy dialog (even when using ALT+TAB). It appears to be the same bug as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/887821. As EsAmo mentioned I have not had any issues with partition mentioned in my /etc/fstab.
