Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

In testing bug 461109 I ran into poor performance problems on a clean Karmic install with all the latest updates as 2009-10-27 around 10 AM Eastern.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn debugging mode on for syncdaemon
2. Setup computer with my account & connected with Ubuntu One service
3. Created a ~/Ubuntu One/Music directory
4. Copied folders with about 650MB of mp3 files to the ~/Ubuntu One/Music directory
5. Throughout the day checked progress of files showing up on web and noticed only a few showing up in some of the folders
6. After running all night, checked the progress on web (with some more files showing in each of the folders, but not all files) and also checked running: $ u1sdtool --current-transfers (which shows the same file trying to transfer for the past hour or so since I started checking it this morning)

I have not had any other computers syncing with this account. The typical upload speed for this internet connection is 300k. When running "nethogs" the Python process (which I assume was syncdaemon) never seemed to get past 100k in sending data. I did not have any cap on the upload or download speed using the bandwidth usage preferences.
