In Bug #565147 i could sync only folders:

u1sdtool -s
State: QUEUE_MANAGER

$ u1sdtool --current-transfers
Current uploads: 0
Current downloads: 0

Suddenly it is synchronizing the files!
Perhaps due to update of client or fix of serverbug...
