Comment 2 for bug 1598433

I had some trouble with the download (slow connection), so it might just be a coincidence that I tapped as the restart dialog appeared. The download was stuck at 100% for a while seemingly doing nothing, and that was when I searched askubuntu and found an article that I interpreted as saying that I should tap the progress bar.
