Reproduce:
1. Enter Time & Date
2. Choose a timezone different than the current one
3. Re-enter timezone picker

What happens:
If I select Boston, Massachusetts I also see South Bostno, Massachusetts as selected

What should happen:
Boston, Massachusetts should be the only one selected
