Comment 9 for bug 1460458

Pat, another motivation for this feature: The SIM cards I have are from 2 different countries, so very rarely (almost never) I use them both at the same time. I want to switch off one of the SIM cards manually so that my phone stops searching for its home network (and can thus save energy).
