Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

You have tagged this package as 'ubuntu-release-upgrader' which is used to move a system from one release (eg. 18.04) to a later release (eg. 18.10 or 20.04). I see no evidence of that being performed (thus likely the wrong package).

Are you sure you haven't got hardware issues, a failing fan, or box needing to be cleaned (remove dust etc that could be stopping the fan(s) from operating ideally and keeping heat trapped inside the case)?

If this release occurred after a recent upgrade; please add this information to your question, as it wasn't obvious to me (anyway) sorry.
