I tried using the purge tool but still have issues. The attached text
file shows everything that I am getting.

The release upgrader is unable to calculate the upgrade due to packages
that you've installed from the following ppa -
https://launchpad.net/~ricotz/+archive/testing. You'll need to use a
tool like ppa-purge to revert back to the official versions of the
packages to complete the upgrade.
