Bug Description
Could not calculate the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the command 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-
When I press close, the upgrade process ends. It would be nice to know what the unofficial software is if that is what is causing the failure.

The release upgrader is unable to calculate the upgrade due to packages that you've installed from the following ppa - https:/ /launchpad. net/~ricotz/ +archive/ testing. You'll need to use a tool like ppa-purge to revert back to the official versions of the packages to complete the upgrade.
