Comment 12 for bug 42454

I've started working on this: I've made the section on connecting to the internet more prominent and added information on setting up wireless cards with ndiswrapper. Please review - http://doc.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/desktopguide/C/connect-to-internet.html

We still need to add more information on modems, specifically dialup and ADSL modems.
