Hello, lokendar, thanks for reporting this bug.

I can see many timeouts in the logs. Those seem to be caused by instability on our servers - we apologise. Now it should be back to normal. Could you try enabling/disabling the services (like livepatch) again?

Also, could you elaborate more on 'notifications panel becomes bigger'? How bigger? What is the content?
