I saw the auto-expire pass by due to a lack of feedback.
I just wanted to mention that this kind of issue isn't ubuntu-advantage specific.
Instead it usually is file corruption (please double check your HW to be sure to not gloss overa more serious issue) which can usually be recovered by:

$ sudo rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*
$ sudo apt update
