Hi dabbsa, thanks for reporting this.

I could not reproduce this error by running either attach or enable directly.
Just to confirm something, if the error still persist in the machine, can you please send
us the output of running apt-get update on the system ?

I saw the auto-expire pass by due to a lack of feedback.
I just wanted to mention that this kind of issue isn't ubuntu-advantage specific.
Instead it usually is file corruption (please double check your HW to be sure to not gloss overa more serious issue) which can usually be recovered by:

$ sudo rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*
$ sudo apt update
