Oh, although I'm using the Beta 2 I did check to see if any updates were available for casper or ubiquity and it appeared I was up-to-date.

I'd still consider this a very low priority bug as I think most people won't choose to continue testing and I'd hope that those who do know how to reboot w/o pushing the power button.
