Please attach the log files using the "Add Attachment" link on this bug's web page (https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/48448). Unfortunately if you've already rebooted then you have probably erased them, and you may need to reinstall to recapture the problem.

Are you by chance installing using an XFS root filesystem? If so, you need to use a non-XFS root filesystem or create a non-XFS /boot filesystem.
