SPU, it's probably not actually the same bug, but a different bug with similar symptoms. (Translated into English, this symptom is a complaint from the partitioning backend saying "help, the installer frontend I was talking to seems to have stopped wanting to talk to me for some reason".) Could you please file a new bug report for this? I need you to attach /var/log/installer/debug as well as /var/log/syslog to that bug; in fact, if you could just run 'ubuntu-bug ubiquity' from a terminal on the live CD after the installer has crashed, that should give me all the information I need.
