Tested Kubuntu Impish Daily ISO 2021-14-05 and can confirm that connecting to WiFi network and location selection (Reykjavik) was successful with no errors. Also note that upon reboot the machine reconnected to the WiFi network.

Machine tested - Lenovo V14 IIL i3-1005G1

Will also test the other flavors re comment # 40 soonest -
