After installation, I found that local server's Hash Sum mismatch

But I am still curious of it , I selected server manually as Main Server at Software & Updates before installation.
then it should be installed the correct language packs during installation process I guess, but it was not.
The language package, Is it restricted to the local server?
I hope not so.
