Launchpad isn't really the right place to agitate for regime change :), but
given that this is a chronic issue for Argentina, I do strongly encourage
Argentines to communicate to their government that last minute changes to
daylight savings rules are irresponsible and cost businesses a lot of time
and money due to the confusion. Martin does a wonderful job of making
tzdata updates available as quickly as possible, but it's not enough for the
updates to be available if the information isn't disseminated in a manner
that gives *people* time to plan appropriately...
