This is wrong! This bug has nothing to do with being behind a proxy.

The error is:

(telepathy-gabble:1935): gabble-DEBUG: connector_error_disconnect (connection.c:1683): connection failed: WOCKY_CONNECTOR_ERROR_TLS_SESSION_FAILED (#7): SSL handshake error: -12: GNUTLS_E_FATAL_ALERT_RECEIVED

Apparently the problem has occured for others as well, but in different contexts.
