Sorry, I'm not familiar with this system. There's not much help that would indicate what is the proper workflow.

To your question:
I am using a proxy occasionally. But not this time (when the log was produced). My proxy configuration is set up to use an automatic proxy configuration script (if available - which is when I am behind the proxy).

This is wrong! This bug has nothing to do with being behind a proxy.

The error is:

Apparently the problem has occured for others as well, but in different contexts.

thats and upstream bug we can not deal it here our work is to send it to upstream than there is the procedure of upstreamers. and the is not opening on by side i dont know why..

Unfortunately it seems like it is actually a bug in the remote
zimbra/beehive/oracle ssl server where the ssl server does not follow
the ssl negotiations properly......
