I am running 13.04 64 bit and using the GeForce GT430/PCle/SSe2 Nvidia driver. I am also experiencing the Hang on shutdown with messages relating to "busy" mount.

I have also installed the Linux 3.9.0-030900rc8-generic (x86_64) kernel which does not solve the hanging problem.

My install started out as an upgrade and finished up as a clean install after several problems.
