Bug Description
Synaptic 0.57.8, Ubuntu 6.10
1. Mark Ubuntu's "lintian" package for installation.
2. Observe the "Mark additional required changes?" alert.
3. Unmark the lintian package.
4. Observe the "Mark additional required changes?" alert.
What happens: The two alerts appear exactly the same.
What should happen: Since the two alerts have exactly opposite purposes, they should be different. In particular, "To be installed" should change to "No longer to be installed".

I think you've got something here. I also notice that it doesn't unmark all packages it marked.
